PetIt app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Saffan Technology at no cost and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to PetIt is the best APP. The information that the service request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

Geographic Data

PetIt asks for the permission to access your device’s location when you first sign in inside the app. By accessing your device’s location service we collect your coordinates so that we may display your locality i.e. your city and country and etc. to other users who uses the Service so that they can understand how far you are located and based on the distance if they feel interested to contact you regarding your pet and the information you provided regarding your pet. This is to improve the quality of the query that shows you the list of pets. By using PetIt you acknowledge this term. If you have no ongoing deal then you can update or change your location. It is prohibited to use any VPN and provide fake location. For more information please refer to our Terms and Conditions section.

Post, Deal or Chat Data

PetIt does not keep the post, deal or chat data permanently to the Service. We only keep deal and chat data while it is ongoing. When the deal is canceled or complete we remove the data from the server. The post data is deleted when it is complete. Till then it remains to show the information about the pet to other users.

Log Data

PetIt wants to inform you that whenever you use the Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

  • You can access and update your data. You can update your profile picture and location
  • You have to provide the device permission while using PetIt for internet, location and camera
  • You can uninstall the app anytime but your account will not be deleted
  • You can delete your account from About section in the app that will delete all your data from the Service

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from user under 18 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our service. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, updating it inside app’s About section and sending notification to the Service.
